Prospective applicants are required to submit their applications online, where they will complete a form and upload the necessary documents. The application fee for entrepreneurs is QAR 5,000 (USD 1,374), and QAR 4,000 (USD 1,099) for talented professionals. In the event of application rejection, a refund (excluding administrative and processing fees) will be promptly issued.
